Vip District participated in the Business Day organized by elEconomista on March 21 in Madrid. Under the title “The new challenges of the HR sector: Employee loyalty and technological opportunities on the rise”, the event brought together industry experts to discuss and share ideas on the challenges and innovations in talent management in an increasingly digitized world.
A very varied and interesting discussion around the need to creatively merge technology with the human factor to create a work environment that inspires and engages.
